If product is not in stock, how long will it take to get another one?
If product that you would like to order is not in stock, our Customer Service experts will advise you on the estimated delivery time. Made-to-order and pre-order products will have an estimated delivery time and will vary from each supplier. If you require for a product to be delivered by a particular date, please always inform our us about the date, and we will do our best to deliver your order on time.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Can I reserve an item to buy it later in your store?
Yes. The deposit amount will vary depending on the product.
Please note, that placing an item in your shopping basket or wish list does not reserve it.
Are products supplied by Watches of Mayfair authentic?
How many years of warranty do I receive with a purchase?
Watches of Mayfair Ltd offer 18 months warranty from the date of purchase.
In some cases, Watches of Mayfair Ltd may provide international warranty covered by an authorised dealer's stamped warranty card. In such cases, the watch will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and warranty supplied by Watches of Mayfair Ltd will no longer be valid.
How will my order be packed?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in top condition. You can also add gift wrapping option to your order. Please specify gift wrapping option in "Add a note" field at the checkout.

Watches of Mayfair is not an official agent for any of the brands listed. This allows us to be independent and more flexible on price making. All goods that we supply are genuine and authentic.
At Watches of Mayfair, you are shopping for pieces from luxury brands form around the world. We work hard to get you the best price possible on every brand that we supply. This is the reason why we ask our customers to be responsible buyers as we operate with very small profit margin on each sale. It is the only way, how we can offer you the best prices and service possible.

Which currencies can I shop in?
We accept payments in GBP, EUR, USD and HKD – both in store and on-line. Payments in cash are only accepted for the amounts lower than 10,000 EUR or equivalent in GBP, USD or HKD. You will also need to present two forms of valid ID’s at the time of purchase, if buying in cash.

When will my card be charged?
If you are paying by debit card or credit card, Watches of Mayfair will take payment at the point when your order is placed on our website.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Delivery cost will vary depending on the destination. This information will appear at the checkout.
All shipments in the UK, EU and Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Lichtenstein, Gibraltar and Channel Islands are free.
All other regions are charged at fixed rate of 150 EUR (or an equivalent in EUR, USD or HKD) per item.
Does your store ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship globally, except the following countries:
Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Zimbabwe and any other country where their local legislation decrees insurance must be effected locally. Do you offer express delivery?
We offer express delivery service for all in stock items that are shipped within EU and UK. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination. If you require for your order to be delivered by a particular date, please contact us and our Customer Service experts will assist you further.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
You can also follow progress of your order in your account under "My Orders".
Can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from London boutique, collection point in Hong Kong or Geneva, please select "Pick up point" at the Shipping method at the Checkout to view your options.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
If product is sent outside of the EU, then we will sell it without VAT. The price for product will be as stated in product’s description as per “Excluding VAT” line plus fixed delivery rate 150 EUR or equivalent in GBP, USD or HKD.
Please be aware that customers are liable for all importing taxes and/or duties payable in the destination country.

Customers, who are Non-EU residents are eligible for VAT refund when buying products in person.
Do you offer VAT Refunds?
Depending on your residential status, some clients are eligible for a VAT refund. For this purpose, you must make your purchase in person and present your passport at the time of purchase. You must also meet eligibility requirements listed in chapter 2.4 of VAT Notice 704.
Do you offer VAT Export form for orders placed online?
No, we do not issue VAT Export forms for the orders placed online.
Can I buy with no VAT in person?
No. Even, if you are an individual, who is eligible for a VAT Refund, we will initially charge full amount of VAT and issue VAT Export form at the time of purchase. VAT Export form then must be stamped by the Customs official at the last port of departure from the EU and posted back to us. Once we receive back stamped VAT Export form, we will refund you the VAT.
Is my order insured during transportation?
Yes, all items shipped are insured for a full value.
Why can't certain items be shipped to me?
While Watches of Mayfair ship internationally, some products and items that contain exotic skins may be restricted by local customs in the destination country.

To start order process you will only need an e-mail address. We recommend to register Watches of Mayfair account, so you could start adding your favourite pieces to your wish list and compare list as well as easily place your future orders.

How do I place an order on your site?
Placing an order is easy at Watches of Mayfair. Here’s how:
- 1. Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search the exact model you need.
- 2. Select the item you like and click "Add to bag". Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to the "Checkout”.
- 3. Sign in to your account if you have one. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
- 4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method or collection to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- 5. Once you order has been despatched, you will receive and email with parcel tracking details. If are willing to collect you order in store – specify it during check out.
We will to keep you updated at every step of order progress.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Can you source products that are not listed on your website?
Yes, we do source many items that are not listed on our website and we source these at the customers’ requests. Our Customer Service experts will help you to find the right product, if brand requested is supplied by us. Here is the list of brands that we supply.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Most of the orders will be prepared quickly for dispatch (if item is in stock). Please contact our Customer Service experts as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order.
