  1. Does your store ship internationally?

    - Yes, we do ship internationally. Pease see our Delivery & International Shipping information.

  2. How many years of warranty do I receive with a purchase?

    - You will receive our company’s warranty for the same number of years as provided by default by the manufacturer.

  3. Can you source products that are not listed?

    - Yes. In fact, we do source many items that are not in our list.

  4. Do you offer insurance?

    - Yes, all items shipped are insured.

  5. Can I return a product, exchange a product or get a refund?

    - Yes, please read our Orders & Returns information.

  6. Do you offer VAT Refunds?

    - Depending on your residential status, you may be eligible for a VAT refund. For this purpose, you must make your purchase in person and present your passport at the time of purchase. You must also meet eligibility requirements listed in chapter 2.4 of VAT Notice 704.

  7. Do you offer VAT Export form for orders placed online?

    - No, we do not issue VAT Export forms for the orders placed online.

  8. Can I buy with no VAT in person?

    - No. Even, if you are an individual, who is eligible for a VAT Refund, we will initially charge full amount of VAT and issue VAT Export form at the time of purchase. VAT Export form then must be stamped by the Customs official at the last port of departure from the UK and posted back to us. Once we receive back stamped VAT Export form, we can refund you the VAT.

  9. Do you offer finance?

    - Unfortunately, we do not offer finance at the moment.
